There are seven short stories in "Dystopian Sci-Fi Short Stories." Each has it own flavor and style, and they do vary in length. All these stories are well written with excellent and believable dialog. The characters are as well developed as a short stories allows, and the situations are plausible.Here are some highlights. In the story "Fate" Akiko struggles with very important decisions and their consequences (I am trying to avoid spoilers, as the stories are fun and have good plot twists) My favorite in this collection was probably Paradise. That one has a really intriguing story-line and I would enjoy reading an expanded version of that "world" Perhaps a what happens if?
In fact, all of these short stories feel like seeds waiting to grow into full novels. The story Fools Gold seems to take place after the events in the novel "Hope and Shiny Things." I have not yet read that novel, but the Fool's Gold setting is quite fascinating, with all its social dynamics, so I will be looking at getting that novel.
I do not want to give away more of the plots in these great stories, so suffice it to say that I enjoyed each of the short stories in Dystopian Sci Fi Short Stories by Celesta Thiessen.

Eh its ok if youre bored, but its not all that entertaining
Amazing stories!! How does the author THINK of all these story ideas? -)
