I follow their web site/YouTube channel and find the information they share about Vitamix, etc. to be very helpful. I’ve tried a few of the recipes and they are quite good. It’s nice to have these recipes in a book format for easy reference.

Great read! It’s not long and can be read pretty quickly. It’s also a great compilation of awesome Vitamix recipes. I can’t wait to make cashew queso. And the soups! It’s cold now, so I can’t wait to try some of those soups. My husband and I have been drinking Green Juice all week and let me tell you, if my husband drinks it you know it’s good. That man won’t eat ANY veggies. I feel like such a good wife getting this juice in him every day. Thanks for sharing these with us!

It gets right to the obstacles to and opportunities for eating a delicious, healthy diet that provides energy for active living.
Also, I love the way it starts with easy basics and progresses to a complete diet for healthy life.

I transitioned to a plant based diet about 9 months ago and everything was going pretty well but I wouldn’t say I was enjoying my new diet too much. I definitely wasn’t preparing a lot of meals at home which is expensive and usually high in caloric value. I broke down and bought a Vitamix through PayPal’s monthly installment plan a few months ago. The recipe book that came with the Vitamix had basically zero plant based recipes other than a few smoothies. I don’t want to live on smoothies!!! So I started doing some research and found Life Is No Yoke (super clever name btw) and WOW. I literally use their recipes every day. Sometimes more than once a day. I feel healthier than I’ve ever felt AND I feel like I’m eating savory filling food so I don’t feel like I’m eating like a malnourished rabbit. I’ve even been making these recipes for people that aren’t plant based and it’s changing their minds about the diet. GET THIS BOOK. If you don’t believe me try out some of the AMAZING free recipes they already have on their website. Then you’ll be willing to spend the few dollars to buy this book. I would have paid at least $30 for this book. EXCELLENT!
